Orders & products

 Our products are sourced from trusted international suppliers and shipped directly to your door. This is how we’re able to offer such a wide range of creative tools at prices that make sense — without compromising on quality.

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days across Australia. Some products ship from local Australian warehouses and arrive in 3–7 business days — these are marked on the product page.

We know waiting is the hardest part. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched so you can follow it the whole way.

Yes — always. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Click it to follow your parcel in real time. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at hi@itspritsy.com
and we’ll sort it immediately.

Right now, Pritsy ships within Australia only. We’re working on international shipping and will announce when it’s available — subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

We process orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible — but get in touch within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do everything we can. Email

Once an order has been dispatched, we’re unable to cancel or redirect it.

We’d love to offer this and are working on it! In the meantime, every Pritsy order includes a small card with a personal message — because every package deserves a little something extra.

Products & quality

Every single product in the Pritsy store has been researched, reviewed, and chosen carefully. We don’t list anything we wouldn’t be happy to use ourselves — or give to Petra.
We read supplier reviews obsessively, check print quality, test app compatibility for tech products, and look for verified purchase reviews before anything makes it into our store. If something doesn’t meet the standard, it doesn’t get listed.

Yes — our thermal printers are compatible with both iOS and Android via Bluetooth. You’ll download a free companion app (details are on the product page) which gives you access to templates, fonts, and editing tools. Most customers are up and printing within 5 minutes of opening the box.

If you have any trouble connecting, reach out — we’ll walk you through it.

Our thermal printers use standard thermal paper rolls, which are inkless and heat-activated. We sell compatible refill rolls in our store. One roll typically gives you 50–80 prints depending on size.

Important: thermal prints can fade over time if stored in direct sunlight or heat. For long-lasting prints, store them away from sunlight.

Our washi tape is designed to be repositionable and low-tack — it lifts cleanly from most paper surfaces without tearing. Our sticker books use PET material which peels smoothly and leaves no sticky residue.

Always test on a small area first if you’re using a premium journal — different paper weights respond differently.

Payments & pricing

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) only. All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Yes — all Pritsy prices are in AUD and include GST. No surprise currency conversions at checkout.
